We usually ship within 3 to 5 working days.
We can ship worldwide but since our warehouse is now based inside the EU only orders shipped to EU countries can be placed online. For other countries, including the UK, please drop us an email to get a quote.
Unfortunately we have decided to stop online sale to our UK customers due to higher shipping costs and additional costs including custom declarations and duties as well as the complications in case of returns. But we have many resellers in the UK and we can redirect you to one of them if you drop us an email. Alternatively we can send you a quote for shipping from our EU warehouse.
IN CASE THE GOODS ARE DELIVERED IN A DAMAGED PACKAGING, PLEASE IMMEDIATLY CHECK THAT THE PRODUCTS THEMSELVES ARE NOT DAMAGED AND IF THEY ARE YOU MUST NOTIFY IT TO THE DELIVERY COMPANY OR REFUSE THE DELIVERY.
In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
We accept customers to return their purchase for a full refund as long as the refund request is made by email at CONTACT@GONG.CO.UK within 14 days of the date of delivery.
WE WILL CONFIRM BY RETURN EMAIL THE EXACT ADDRESS WHERE THE PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED.
Goods must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that shipping costs for returned products are to be borne by the customer.
We strongly recommend the use of registered post as well as insurance to cover potential transport damage, as damaged goods will not be refunded.
The refund will be processed once the goods have been returned to us and accepted.
