Gong is committed to provide the most affordable, efficient shipping across the UK. Note that there are restrictions on some products and for some remote areas. In any doubt, please do give us a call.

- All UK orders under 1kg will benefit from free-shipping across the UK.
- All UK orders under 5kg will be charged a £19 flat-rate shipping charge.
- Otherwise, all UK orders will be charged no more than £49 irrespective of the order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Feel free to contact us for more details if required.

We can only ship to international destinations on an ad-hoc basis. Please call us to get a quote from us on international delivery.

Pick-up at the Shop

You also have the option to pick-up your order at the shop in Chelsea. During the check-out process, just enter the shop's address (172 Fulham Road, London SW10 9PR) as the shipping address. You will not be charged for shipping. Just call the shop to organise the pick-up.  

Policy
 

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full voucher or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your voucher within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive it more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your voucher once we've received and processed the returned item.
