Contract

We must receive 30% of the total order payable at the time of placing the order.
We then contact you as the goods arrive into our warehouse and we request that payment is made in full before we can deliver them.
If at the time of the ordered goods arriving at our warehouse, you are unable to take delivery we still require payment in full.
Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding order between us.

Storage

We prefer not to in all cases but appreciate that under certain circumstances goods may need to be stored for a short time prior to delivery. We can store goods once paid in full for up to 14 days inclusive and thereafter depending on the volume of goods to be stored and for how long we will agree with the customer an amount to be charged for storage.

In store prices

All prices are in pounds stirling.
All prices within the U.K are charged VAT at 15%

Invalidity

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other of these conditions will not be affected.

Third Party Rights

Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the U.K Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.

Governing Law

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

Delivery

Delivery is free in Central London on purchases over £1000 (does not apply to 'Sale' items)

Exchange policy

Our policy is no refunds. However credit noted are valid for 3 months.
